Any information you provide to That Hypno Show will be used in accordance with this policy.

We will not disclose your information to any other party unless or except where required to by law.

We will use your email address up to 6 times per year, and your postal address up to 4 times per year to send you invitations to local shows, and other material promoting That Hypno Show or the charities we support. 

We provide an unsubscribe option for you to use.  If you unsubscribe then we will not send you any emails again.

If you have difficulty accessing any of the unsubscribe options email us from the email address you registered with, placing the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line and we will update your records accordingly.  If you have lots of email addresses and forget which one you used (a common problem), you will be able to tell which email address you used to register with us because that is the one we are sending invitations to, but you may have to wait a while because we do not send very much email.

There is a contact us page from where you can us send an email if you have problems registering or unregistering with this site.  It also has our address if you would prefer to write an actual letter, send it on bits of paper in an envelope, with a stamp, and delivered by a postie on a bicycle. This is, however, our preferred method for receiving cheques.

Other matters:

Cookies: We use cookies to remember your web page preferences, but they are not essential.

We also use cookies for retaining information to unregister from the site – those cookies expire in 1 minute after they are set.

The site will work without cookies if you turn them off in the browser.

Javascript: We also use a small amount of javascript in the site.  Again it will work without javascript but it will not be as slick.
